Vishvas News found that the viral images showing Aamir Khan and Gauri Spratt in wedding attire are edited. The original images are from the wedding of Telugu actors Sharwanand and Rakshita Reddy.

New Delhi (Vishvas News): Some Images are viral on social media where Bollywood actor Aamir Khan can be seen in a wedding attire, suggesting he has recently married his girlfriend Gauri Spratt.
Vishvas investigated the viral images and found them to be edited. The original images are from Telugu film actor Sharwananda and Rakshita Reddy’s marriage.
What is in the viral post
Facebook user Nishant Saklani Singer (archived link) shared the post on June 3, 2025 and wrote “Aamir Khan’s Grand Entry at his Third Wedding with Wife Gauri Spratt after Kiran Rao & Reena Dutta”.
Investigation
Starting our investigation, we first reverse image searched the viral photo, using Google Lens, one by one.
First image
Upon reverse image searching this image on Google, we found this photo in a gallery on news portal Indian Express. In these original images Telugu actor Sharwananda and Rakshita Reddy could be seen.
We also found this image on Sharwananda’s Instagram post from June 11, 2023, posted along with other images from the wedding.
Second Image
A reverse image search of the second image led us to a news report on the news portal DNA India published on June 7, 2023. Again, the image was from Sharwananda and Rakshita’s wedding. According to the story “On June 3, Telugu actor Sharwanand and his fiancée Rakshita Reddy got married. Ram Charan, a close friend of the actor, attended the lavish wedding in Jaipur. He blessed and wished the newlyweds. “
We also found this image uploaded on actor Ram Charan’s Instagram on June 7 2023.
For more clarity, we reached out to senior entertainment journalist Parag Chhapekar, who confirmed the viral images are edited.
Aamir Khan recently confirmed his relationship with Gauri Spratt. He publicly introduced her during his 60th birthday celebrations in March 2025. However, a keyword search did not find any reported news of Khan and Spratt’s wedding.
The post was shared by a Facebook page named Nishant Saklani Singer. The page is followed by over 1 lakh users.
